They needed someone to own the full channel build: sourcing coordination, FBA setup, 3PL logistics, inventory strategy, and ongoing account management.

The Approach

LCL3 took over the Amazon channel end-to-end. From listing architecture to international freight coordination, every piece of the supply chain and marketplace presence was built, documented, and systematized.

• Built Amazon Seller Central account — listings, backend keywords, A+ content strategy

• Coordinated international manufacturing in China through supplier partner Avery Lee
• Set up ShipBots as the 3PL partner for domestic fulfillment and Amazon prep

• Launched Amazon advertising campaigns and ongoing velocity reporting
• Created supply chain tracker for real-time client visibility
