LCL3

When Mindset Decks came to LCL3, they had a product worth selling and an Amazon channel that wasn’t performing. The inventory strategy was reactive, the FBA logistics were disorganized, and there was no clear path to scale.

The Problem

Educational card products with variable SKU counts and seasonal demand require a highly specific FBA strategy. Without it, you end up with excess inventory eating into storage fees or stockouts during peak demand. Mindset Decks had both problems at different points in the year.

What We Built

LCL3 built the full Amazon channel infrastructure from scratch — FBA shipping plans, inventory allocation models, supplier coordination timelines, and 3PL logistics. We implemented a supply chain tracker that gave the team full visibility on every inbound shipment, PO status, and inventory position in real time.

The Result

A fully operational Amazon presence with a replicable supply chain playbook. No more reactive inventory decisions. No more missed restocks. A channel that runs on systems — not on whoever remembered to check the dashboard last.
