The Problem

Mindset Decks had a strong product — educational mindset decks, journals, and card products with real market demand. But they had no Amazon presence and no infrastructure to get there. They needed someone to own the full channel build: sourcing coordination, FBA setup, 3PL logistics, inventory strategy, and ongoing account management.

The Approach

LCL3 took over the Amazon channel end-to-end. From listing architecture to international freight coordination, every piece of the supply chain and marketplace presence was built, documented, and systematized.

• Built Amazon Seller Central account — listings, backend keywords, A+ content strategy
• Established FBA inbound workflow: prep standards, carton specs, shipment plans
• Coordinated international manufacturing and sourcing in China
• Implemented a 3PL for domestic fulfillment and Amazon prep
• Managed sea freight logistics — container booking, port clearance, 3PL receiving
• Built inventory replenishment model to prevent stockouts and overstock across SKUs
• Launched Amazon advertising campaigns and ongoing velocity reporting
• Created supply chain tracker for real-time client visibility
